My current Laboratory offers a specimen collector at one/all of my practice locations. Can Dominion provide this service?
In states where it is permitted, Dominion evaluates each situation on a case by case basis. Dominion may provide a Client’s organization with trained personnel contracted by Dominion to collect specimens. The Collector(s) is there to ease the burden of collection from client staff and is placed specifically to perform duties for Dominion. Collector placement is subject to corporate approval at all times and Dominion Executives/Legal Counsel reserve the right to deny placement if they do not feel that the use of a collector at a particular Client site is within the guidelines of Federal Anti-Kickback regulations. Please note: the use of collectors at Client sites is prohibited in the states of California, Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania. Dominion will not provide collectors in any of these locations.
