My current business telephone number allows callers to select 0# to transfer to my administrative assistant. Will the new service provide the same function?
AccessLine always directs 0# requests to the IBM contact center. If call routing to an admin assistant is a requirement, use the MACD form. Complete the Change Section to upgrade your account to the Mobility package, and submit the form to your manager. Your manager will submit the request via email to IBMMACHW@accessline.com.
