My currency rates are not being updated regularly/ have not been updated for a long time. How can I update them manually and make sure they are updated regularly?
• There are several cases in this matter, please follow the next instructions according to your case: (make sure you are connected to the internet) In case you are behind a proxy gate: 1. Right click on the Babylon icon (at the bottom right of your screen, near the system clock). 2. Choose “Configuration…” and select the “Connection” tab. 3. Select “Connect through Proxy/Firewall server” and enter its address in the text box below. In Case you are using personal firewall software please make sure that the firewall allows Babylon to connect to our servers. In order to re-try to download the “rates” file please try to initiate a connection to our Servers: Version 5 and 6: Right click on the Babylon icon at the bottom of your screen and go to “Configuration -> Connection”. Click on the “update now” button to initiate a connection to our servers and receive updated currency rates. Version 4: Right click on the Babylon icon on the bottom of your screen and select “Help” -> “Registration”.
