You can’t without specialized TV repair equipment. To verify that indeed you did lose the Blue color, you can minimize your color adjust conrol full counterclockwise and if your picture is Yellow as oppose to Black and White, then you have lost your Blue color. Worst case, your picture tube is bad, or you lost the Bias on the Blue gun grid circuitry. Requires extensive troubleshooting by an expert.
