If you ordered directly from us by phone (not through PayPal) and paid by credit card, your statement will show a charge from “PPS-Martial Arts.” PPS Billing Services is our customer assistance and billing service, and 95% of their client are international Martial Arts programs – hence the special notation. You will NOT see the words “Janet Switzer” or the company name “Success Resources International” listed on your statement, but be assured that your charge has been correctly processed.
