My credit card is not being accepted but I know it is valid. Whats wrong?
The most common reason a valid card is declined is that something in the name, address and phone number we have does not match exactly the billing information of the card you’re trying to use. Please verify that we have the correct information (in the My Account section of our site). It can be as simple as using a middle initial instead of the full middle name, or vice versa. Sometimes it’s caused by entering “n/a” in a field when you have no information to enter (for example, in the Fax field). In that case, just leave the field blank instead of putting in something like “n/a”. Make sure the State/Province field is correct or that you have selected ‘Not Available’ if you are outside the US and Canada.
