My copy of Gebmids says “banks and draws,” not “banks or draws.” If I have 2 Neopets in the contest, do I get to bank 2 cards and draw 2 cards?

No. The rules text on Gebmids has an error. The phrase “banks and draws” should be “banks or draws.” Gebmids has received errata and its new text is listed here. All copies of Gebmids play as if they have the new text.
