increase the ram of ur system and remove any unwanted programs from the system drive(hopefully c:) or else if nothing works restart the machine and try

cant remember last time I got this problem it must have been years ago back on my p2 laptop. But I think its refering to your page file memory and I think its saying there isnt enough of it and it needs more most likely becuase of the programs your running and whatnot but to increase the memory if it is page file memory. is right click on my computer and go to properties so that you get into system properties (alternatively open control panel and go to system, in the case my computer is a shortcut on your desktop and your using classic style menus) Then go to advanced, click settings on performance box. go to the advanced tab on that, and at the bottom go to change for virtual memory box. Find the drive where your page file is which should be your main drive, this is easy if you only have one hard drive. But once your there it should already be on custom size button so increase the inital size and also increase the maximum size if necessary. Play around with them to get them higher if
