My Computer hangs (locks up)/web browser freezes (site frozen) at “Recovering edit from draft” – why?
If your site has just been migrated from Google Page Creator to Google Sites and you cannot edit your pages because your browser stops responding with the message “Recovering edit from draft”, this is a known issue with Internet Explorer. If you use any other web browser to edit your site you will get past the message and be able to save the page. You can then return to using Internet Explorer if you wish. Since when you make a domain it has not user account associated with it the ownership gets lost during the sign up process. Many, many thanks to iansocool for suggesting this fix
