My company shows up on the network, but its pretty far down the list. How are the rankings calculated?

Listings in each county are sorted on a seniority basis. Appraisers who signed up for the XSites Network the earliest will be at the top of the appraiser rankings. All other sites are sorted based on their XSite purchase date.
