My company has decided to move our telecommunications services to a certain provider. What are the advantages to ordering the services through WT rather than directly with the provider?
As far as your services go, there is absolutely no difference at all. You will only have a contract with your chosen provider and you will only receive a bill every month from your chosen provider. The differences are with WT you will never lose your main point of contact for customer care (which can save you hours of your valuable time!) WT does first and second bill reviews to make sure that you understand your bill and have received the quoted rates from the provider, and you will receive free ongoing support and non-bias information. A majority of providers only give their sales reps an up-front commission to bring on new business so they disappear once they get a signature. WT gets paid a small residual monthly commission to help manage your account for the long-term. This gives us more of an incentive to make sure our customers are happy for the long-term and to give them the best service possible.
