My company has compliance guidelines that restrict my ability to use my company name or messaging without approval. Can Total Accountability still help me?
Yes, we can still help. People do business with people. At Total Accountability, we believe it is the person who is accountable, not the company. (Accountable companies are certainly a result of the accountable employees, but that’s a different topic.) Members generally remain within company compliance guidelines by using only company-approved text in service description database fields. Regarding public endorsements or testimonials, members under compliance guidelines limit these to performance generalizations, and not information about performance of a specific transaction or conduct. We urge members under compliance guidelines to recognize the Total Accountability Network has “Social Site” characteristics, and to use the system as they would any social site. That tends to include no trade-specific dialog.
