My company has applications with surrounding agreements that don’t allow me to sell to certain carrier’s customers. Can I decide which carrier networks my application is available for?

During the application submission process, you can select which carrier networks you’d like to make an application available for. Only end users for the selected carrier(s) will be able to download the application.
