My CoI course record used to say complete, now it says not attempted. Why?

The CoI module must be completed annually by July 30. The CoI module has an expiration date (currently March 8th) so that those who complete the module after the expiration date will receive credit for the following year. Once this expiration date has passed, all records will be reset to show “not attempted” for the current disclosure year. Managers can access the previous year’s course information for individuals by doing a Learner Search. The previous years’ CoI Records are listed under the CoI course record information on the Learner page.
