My client cannot view the images in their lightbox, they only see an “Image N/A” notice. Why is that?

This can happen for security reasons if the lightbox was shared with a user (by another client) who should not have access given the visibility of the gallery in which the images are currently being contained. If the client shares the lightbox with you, the image owner, the images will become visible once more within the lightbox.
