My Cleancut Doesn Seem To Be Doing A Very Good Job, Are There Any Adjustments I Can Make?
If it seems that your Cleancut is not performing as expected right out of the box, or if over a long period of usage you find its not performing as well as it once did then you may need to adjust the height of the blade assembly. Before you assume this to be the case PLEASE MAKE SURE you’re using the unit as directed. We’ve found that by far the biggest source of trouble – in fact probably about 99% of the time – is when a customer uses the Cleancut without powder. Why anyone would do that is a mystery to us, except sometimes folks just don’t bother to read our instructions.
