My claim was submitted after the original Bar Date (March 31, 2003) and I was listed in Schedule IV and V of the Receivers Motion for Hearing on June 4, 2007. Is my claim still late?
Your claim is now deemed to be timely filed and will be processed by the Receiver. You will not receive any written confirmation that your claim is deemed to be timely filed. However, you will receive a written notice from the Receiver’s office to advise you if the Receiver is recommending final Court approval of your claim or if the Receiver needs any additional information from you.
