My circuit has been provisioned to run IMA. Is there a particular order in which I need to connect the T1 cables / ports from my router to the demarc?
A. You need to check this with your provider. While the Cisco router accepts the T1 connections irrespective of order, there have been instances where certain provider switches expected a rigid order of connection. If this is the case, ensure that the ports on the demarc are appropriately labeled to show which T1 goes to which port.
