My child’s Zui is earning points, but is stuck at level 1, and he/she is unable to unlock content for his/her Zui. Why?
Both free and paid members earn points for exploring new web sites, video and pictures. However, only paid KidZui members can use those points to advance to higher levels and unlock new content for their Zuis. Should your family decide to join KidZui in the future, all of the points that your child has earned will be counted, and his or her Zui will automatically advance to the proper level.
