My childs birthday is after the December 2 cut off date. Can my child start once he/she has turned the appropriate age?
To coordinate with the Elk Grove Unified School Districts calendar, children must be the appropriate age (3 for the 3 year old class or 4 for the 4 year old class) on December 2 or before to start when the preschool year begins in August. If birthdays are after December 2, the child must wait until the following school year.
