My children are already learning art from their school. How different is Kids’ Art from what they teach at schools?
The Kids Art course curriculum is based on foundational drawing skills leading to usage of a wide array of methods and art materials. Mr Kumaran, Chairman, Aloha India avers “Drawing is a right brain activity but we teach our course in a novel left brain method which actuates holistic brain development in children” The program evolves from the drawing a mere dot to the formation of definite shapes culminating finally in three-dimensional subjects. The entire gamut of formal art training from basic sketching and colouring with crayons to shading, water colours and painting together with the understanding of form, perspective are methodically taught. Children learn use and experiment with a broad range of different art media. Kids Art is a comprehensive educational module used as a powerful catalyst to enhance the all-round growth in intelligence and ability in children.
