Every child will only be released to the authorized adult indicated on the registration form. In addition, each authorized pick-up adult MUST have the initialed Fact Sheet given at the time of arrival at the registration table. If there is one adult dropping off and a separate adult picking-up, it is the responsibility of those two adults to make arrangements to have the necessary paperwork for the child(ren)’s release. This is our system of child safety for the day, as we know you appreciate and understand.
