Please speak with a pool staff member or a customer service representive. We can assist you over the phone by discussing your child’s experience and skill level. All of our lifeguards are certified swimming instructors and can assess your child at no cost to you during public swimming. Call ahead to confirm a time to make sure a staff member is available. We also have information to do straight crossovers from other programs.
