My child is transferring to another school district. How do I obtain my child’s elementary and/or middle school records?

The new school will have you sign an authorization to release records. We will handle the transfer of records by mail. To enroll your child at any school, you will need to provide a certified copy of his/her birth certificate and proof of current immunizations at the time of enrollment.
