We strongly urge you to attend one of our College Share sessions. We hold one in the fall and one in the spring – they are designed to provide high school students, their parents, and professionals with information that will be helpful to college-bound students with learning differences. Speakers are invited to present such topics as choosing a college, legal rights, modifications, and alternatives to four-year college. We also have past sessions on DVD or video-tape that may be borrowed from the Center’s Collie Library. Also in January of each year we hold a College Panel for students with learning differences. College students with learning differences and/or ADD or ADHD share tips and strategies for success in college before an audience of college-bound high school students and their parents. You can also refer to the following list of books for more information: www.neuhaus.org/attachments/contentmanagers/84/Library2006.pdf.
