The responsible thing to do is have your Chihuahua treated by a Vet. There is no hollistic treatment, vitamin, or supplement that can replace Vet care. And pet insurance companies are not going to cover your Chihuahua while he is sick. I know Vet care can run into the thousands of dollars but like you said, he is a part of your family. Get him the treatment he needs. Put the bill on your credit card if you have to.
