Your male dog may be losing weight due to increased activity level. Also you may want to have your vet check him over if the weight loss continues. Make certain that he is checked for worms(take a fecal sample to your vet) and that he is current on vaccinations. Also you may want to give him a supplemental vitamin-mineral tablet, as Pet Tabs. Keep a chart of his daily weight on an accurate scale.
