My charity is listed on GiveBackAmerica and my supporters would like to know if the items they purchased are being tracked. How can we tell?

GiveBackAmerica was designed to be a non intrusive system with no registration or log in required. We respect the right to privacy when individuals shop and we wanted to make sure the experience was quick and easy. Once a supporter purchases an item from one of our affiliate partners we will be notified within a few days on commissionable items. 80% of all items are commissionable (items like gift certificates, certain electronics, etc. are sometimes not included). A few retailers pay on a first time user basis. As soon as we get a credit, commissions will automatically be updated on each charity mall page (typically once a week). Payments are made out to the charity within 30-90 days. This time period follows the store policies for returns/exchanges. GBA currently pays a charity when they accrue $15 or more.
