My certificate of competency, certified elevator technician or certified elevator inspector credential shows as null and void. What happened and how do I renew it?
A. Your credential was placed in null and void status when you failed to renew it timely. Credentials that have become null and void cannot be renewed. You must apply for a new license by submitting an application, all required documentation and any required application fee. Please click on our APPLY link for more information. If your credential is in null and void status you are unlicensed and may be subject to disciplinary action if you perform work under the credential.
