My CD does not autorun. How do I start my training series?
• I get the the media rights acquisition window, but the play button does not activate. • When I start a video it goes straight to “Ready” but the video doesn’t play. • When my CD autoruns, I receive an error similar to the following — Script Error: Line 47 or 42, Character 1 or 2 indicating a problem with file:///e:/frameset.html • I see you’re using .iso files for Electronic Delivery now. How do I use these? • I have downloaded my training series through Electronic Delivery. When I attempt to run the index.hta file, I get an error similar to “Cannot find ‘file:///E:/frameset.html’. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct. ” • When attempting to play a video, the instantdrm.com Licenses window gives a “page can not be displayed error” • I upgraded to Windows Vista, and my videos don’t work anymore. • How do Multi-User licenses work with packages? • Can I view the videos on my iPhone, Palm Pre, smart phone, or portable media player? • Can I use my older version of Windows Me
