Please ensure that you have met the system minimum requirements of the CBL program, particularly the available hard disk space. Ensure that you have sufficient hard disk space to accommodate the uncompressed CBL program. Also check your CD-ROM drive. When the CD-ROM finds the CBL program installer file hard to read, it may need cleaning.
