I would chuck the boots into the garbage. My dog dibbled on my husbands teneshoes because he was so excited to see him. The smell would not come out no matter what we tried. Chalk it up to experience. Best Wishes!!

hi white wine viniger and bi carb are supposed to be good dont use anything with ammonia in that is most cleaning product, attached a link there is a referance to cat pee.

i suggest you throw them away, cat piss smell will never leave unless you use bleach which you can’t
