My cardboard didn’t get picked up last week. What is the problem?

It may be that the bundle didn’t fit within the parameters set by our contractor. For curbside pickup, corrugated cardboard must be bundled separately and bound together with either string or tape. The guidelines specify that the bundle should be no larger than 3’ x 3’.
