No credit card in the world can claim to work 100% at websites or merchants. The reason is that some merchants have their own rules or adopt their own policy before accepting a credit card order – Read More. When this is the case, then it is out of our control and we cannot force a merchant to accept the payment. Every card holder should understand this fact. If you encounter such a situation, you can either ask us to use our own card to purchase for you from our US office or explore other payment options for that particular merchant. We will not be bound to refund your money because a merchant refused to accept your payment.
