If your WageWorks card is suspended at the end of 2008, your PayFlex card will not start out suspended, however you should still submit paperwork to verify claims with WageWorks through December 31, 2008. You should also be sure to keep receipts in your files in case you are ever audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
