You can also use 16-bit Novell ODI drivers, you just need to load some “shim” drivers that make it possible for the 32-bit stack to talk to them. The only downsides are slightly lower performance and slight higher conventional memory use compared to a real 32-bit driver. And it can be a pain to get it to actually work sometimes. It is usually easier to get a new card that does have Novell 32 bit drivers. Here is some documentation on loading 16 bit drivers from Novell.
