Well you dont’ have to pay for the damaged police car But if your car was damaged by the police you might have to pay for that, as the police are not ‘at fault’ when pursuing their duties (even if they kill someone ‘accidentally’) at least that’s how the courts ruled down here. The person the police was chasing was charged with the deaths of the by-standars the cop ran into, but the families of the deceased recieved no financial settlement because the cops were ruled ‘not at fault’ due to duties I was rather shocked myself.

You don’t have to pay for that, unless your car really wasn’t stolen. The police need to go through their own insurance or after the driver.

If the vehicle was truly stolen at the time of the loss then you are negligent free. Your insurance company should not have to pay for the policeman’s vehicle. But at the same time you DO NOT have a claim with the city either.
