Ho Rehab Center will accept liens only if an insurance (i.e. car insurance, medical insurance) can be billed for the duration of their physical therapy visits. Ho Rehab DOES NOT accept straight-liens or green liens. The remaining balance following insurance payment will be applied to your lien. Automobile insurance can be billed only if appropriate information is provided at the initial visit and the insurance company accepts liability. Ultimately, the patient is financially responsible for any remaining balances.
