Make sure the Auto Edit Feature is ON in the handset menu. The factory default setting is ON. Use the Auto Edit feature available on all 2002, 2003 and 2004 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz models with the Caller ID feature. You must edit and call at least one phone number from each necessary area code.
