These pests are known as harlequin bugs. Products containing Insecticidal Soap (potassium salts of fatty acids) and Pyrethrin are very effective on these nasty pests. Parasitic wasps are a beneficial insect that can help in the control of harlequin bugs as well as many other insect pests.
