My business or school is tax exempt in New York state. How can I place an order?
First email your blanket tax exemption form to websales@tekserve.com or fax it to (212) 463-9280. Then call (888) 929-3645 to place your order by phone. We cannot process tax exempt orders through Tekserve.com at this time. Once we have a blanket tax exempt form on file for your organization, future purchases can be processed as tax exempt through phone sales or at our retail store. If you’ve placed an order on Tekserve.com and need the sales tax charge refunded, please email websales@tekserve.com. We can process a sales tax refund up to 30 days after your order was placed.
