First, make sure you have both Windows Media Player and Real Player installed (see FAQ #16). If you’re a PC user with the Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer, you might have to download the recently developed Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin (it will enable you to control the volume and know the status of the stream for many more stations). If you’re a Mac user and don’t want to install Windows Media Player, you can try downloading Windows Media Components for Quicktime (by Flip4Mac), although it’s not our recommended solution since it may not work on all Macs.
