A. Sorry. It”s a good idea, but impossible to implement because residents and nonresidents have separate application periods (nonresident Jan. 1 — March 15 and resident May 1 — May 31) and quotas. One way to help insure you both draw a license in the same area is to also apply for doe/fawn licenses which are easier to draw.
