My breasts are way too large for my body size and age. What exercises can I do to reduce my breast size?
The pectoral muscles are underneath the breasts. Unfortunately, exercising them will only make them bigger. Cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, biking, etc) will help you burn fat off along with a sensible diet. As you lose weight, some of it will be lost from the breasts. Some people are just naturally bustier than others and even after reaching a reasonable weight for your height, you may not be the size you want to be. As long as you don’t have back pain from carrying too much weight in the chest area, don’t feel bad about something that’s a part of you. Some women pay a lot of money and go through dangerous operations to get what you got for free.
