Your local hunt may do things differently, so it’s best to check with a member on these kinds of things. Generally there are two types of fox hunting attire, informal and formal. If you are hunting during the autumn hunt season (cub hunting) informal dress is usually worn. Women wear a tweed hacking jacket, buff or tan breeches, shirt and colored tie or ratcatcher shirt with collar and stock pin, tattersall or canary vest, brown leather gloves, brown or black field boots, and a black safety hunt cap.
