look well i think he might not like to flirt with you(if its a early relation) because he might feel bad that he is dating his friends ex girlfriend and the roomers might also but you could make it easyer for him to flirt with you if you flirt with him and if your his 1st or 2nd girl he might be a little shy at 1st since he has not had much experiance with things like relations.
