yes this can be dangerous unfortunately the trait that gives a boxer the facial appearence also carries cancerous traits and it is not uncommon for a boxer to get cancer she needs to go to the vet immediately no matter how sm if a lump appears on your dog u should have it tested sm tumors can still be dangerous
