My boundaried high school offers some electives that my home education student would like to enroll in. Can my student take courses on the school campuses?
If an interscholastic activity requires that a student participate in a class, the school district is required to enroll the home education student in that class. Other than for this purpose, part-time enrollment is not allowed in the Broward County Public Schools, as allowed by Florida statute, either for public school students or for home education students (SB Policy 5.1).
