Charter launched a new music service on February 20, 2008, that allows customers to access their music library on charter.net from any computer. The new service replaces the two music services (Charter Music and Charter Music-To-Go) that Charter previously offered and provides customers with better technology and enhanced features. The new service is now simply called Charter Music. An e-mail and a letter were sent to Charter Music customers on January 23rd, informing them of the change.
