A/ As near as possible to a new bath, all chipped rusty and worn areas will be treated prior to resurfacing. Note that certain original characteristics in the bath surface such as surface contouring and miniscule black specks (Pinholes) may still be evident in certain baths, these are in the original cast and no way detrimental to the use or the service life of the resurfaced bath.
